Some of the new Shrines inThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomare complex feats of imagination that test a player’s mastery of thegame’s new abilities and physics interactions. Others, like Yomizuk Shrine, don’t exactly require an engineering degree to complete. Getting there, though, is another question.

Asa Rauru’s Blessing Shrine, the challenge of Yomizuk Shrine is found outside. But there’s no green crystal to transport or time trial to complete here – instead,Tears of the Kingdomplayers only need to watch the rise and fall of the tides and get through a flooded cave without drowning.

Yomizuk Shrine Location

Yomizuk Shrine is located within theLanayru area of Hyrule, specifically inside Tarm Point Cave. Like someother Rauru’s Blessing shrinesin the area, Yomizuk Shrine simply requires players to traverse a flooded cave, reach the shore, and enter.

Head to thecoordinates (4474, -0818, 0037)to find the entrance to Tarm Point Cave. This cave is slightly different than other flooded channels in Hyrule, asits waters will rise and fallrhythmically, covering and uncovering places for Link to stand on every few seconds.

Yomizuk Shrine Walkthrough (Rauru’s Blessing)

There are three approaches to take when it comes to how to get through Tarm Point Cave. The first method players could use to reach Yomizuk Shrine at the end isto simply swim there. There are a lot of places for Link to stand on, and with a few pieces of theZora Armor, this can be significantly faster than either of the other methods.

Players can alsobuild a boat with parts and Zonai devices found around the cave, but therising and falling waters and obstaclesthat are only revealed at low tide make it hard to get through. Theeasiest wayto get through Tarm Point Cave is to usea weapon that’s capable of forming ice platformsin the water. Fuse an IceLizalfos Hornto a stick, or aSapphireto aMagic Rod, for an easy way to walk across the water.

Once players reach the end of the cave, there’s not much else to do except walk in, take the treasure,and receive Rauru’s Blessing(the Light of Blessing). It’s not the most complex challenge in the world, but the rising and falling tides can make players think twice about the approach they want to take.

But don’t get through the cave too quickly because there’s an important stop players should make –the Bubbulfrog. Abouthalfway into the Tarm Point Caveplayers will notice a slightly hidden offshoot area. Cut through this area and step onto the shore to see a Bubbulfrog on the wall.Aim at its head with an arrowbefore it can bubble blast Link, let fly, thencollect the Bubbul Gembefore heading over to Yomizuk Shrine. As with many Shrines underground, theeasiest way to leave Yomizuk Shrine’s area is to Ascendthrough the ceiling after exiting.

What’s In The Yomizuk Shrine Chest?

There’s an item of quite significant value in the Yomizuk Shrine Chest:aDiamondwhich is worth 500 Rupees, is used for upgrades, and can serve as an exceedingly powerful Fuse attachment for weapons. After collecting this material – and after internally debating whether it’s morally correct, and economically sustainable, toduplicate this valuable gem– head over to the Shrine’s end to get a Light of Blessing.
