What Is Escape Academy?
Escape Academyis apuzzle and strategy gamethat takes players to the eponymous Escape Academy where they will learn to become the ultimate escapist. The game has a narrative to guide the player along their path of becoming a trained escape artist, and there will be several classes to attend where players can sharpen their skills. Coin Crew Games' co-creator, Wyatt Bushnell, is uniquely qualified to preside overEscape Academybecause he has experience with designing real-world escape rooms and attractions for various amusement parks and arcades.
Escape Academywill feature over a dozen rooms featuring mind-bending puzzles to exercise gamers' brains, and co-op gameplay is available both online and locally. The game has faced a few delays, but gamers will finally get to experience it on July 13 on PC, Xbox, andPlayStation. Reviews thus far have been glowing, with The Verge calling it “one of the most charming and timely entries” of the year, while Game Informer claims that it leaves one “feeling like a genius” once the player unravels its yarn balls of secrets.
