World of Warcraftplayers are losing their minds over Iridikron, one of the major antagonists fromDragonflight. From his characterization to his visage form,World of Warcraftfans are making sure their appreciation for this new character is heard loud and clear.
Iridikron the Stonescaled is the most powerful of the Primal Incarnates–the proto-dragon leaders of the Primalist faction. Though he only just broke free of his prison at theend of the Vault of the Incarnates raid inDragonflight, players are already taken by this intriguing villain.

The officialWorld of WarcraftTwitter recently shared the concept art for Iridikron’s visage form, which first appeared in the accompanying cinematic forWoWPatch 10.0.7. His massive figure is cloaked in a dark, armored cowl, giving him a mysterious and imposing silhouette. However, the concept art shows Iridikron without his cloak and armor, revealing an asymmetrical, craggy torso held together with primal earth magic.
Needless to say,World of Warcraftfans were stunned by how amazing Iridikron looked in this concept art. Many declared Iridikron to be one of the coolest-lookingvillains inWoW’shistory. Others admitted they believed they understood why the Primalists followed him, and expressed they would rather date the dragon than fight him. Regardless of their reaction, everyone is hoping Iridikron sports this uncloaked look in a dramatic moment in the future–and consideringWorld of Warcraftlead cinematic narrative designer Terran Gregory made a cryptic comment on the post, players may get exactly that.
Players also loved the visage forms of Fyrakk and Vyranoth, the other two living Primal Incarnates. They hopeWorld of Warcraftshows off the full concept art for these two in the future. SomeWoWplayers have created amazing concepts for Raszageth’s visageform as well, though many wonder ifWorld of Warcrafthas a concept of its own, despite never having the chance to use it.
The Primal Incarnates surprised many players with how cool they have been. Even though she only lasted through the base story ofDragonflight, players enjoyed Raszageth more than the Jailer fromShadowlands. Luckily, the Primalists and their leaders are going anywhere just yet. When it drops on May 2, Patch 10.1 delves deeper into the schemes of the Primal Incarnates, but none seem to appear as bosses in thenew Aberrus raid inEmbers of Neltharion. Players will have plenty of time to see Iridikron and the others in action before they get the chance to confront them.
