How to Unlock the UC Security Office Jail Cell
The UC Security Office is right next to The Well’s entrance, so it will be one of the first buildings that gamers explore once they reach this location for the first time. Players will come across a jail cell on the second floor of the building, and there will be a prisoner locked inside. Curious gamers will be happy to know that they can actually open the door and free the person inside.
Players can attempt topick the lock with a Digipick, but it is an advanced difficulty lock, so it might be unavailable for those who are still in the early game. Alternatively,gamers can also resort to stealing the UC Security Well Key, which opens all locked doors in the building.
How to Get the UC Security Well Key
Gamers can attempt to steal the UC Security Well Key, but they must firstlearn the Theft Skill in the Social Skill Tree in order tounlock the ability to pickpocket.
All the UC Security officers in this building will have a UC Security Well Key in their pockets, so it doesn’t matter who players choose as their target.
Players can steal the UC Security Well Key by approaching a UC Security Officer from behind while crouched, selecting Pickpocket, and then choosing Steal UC Security - Well Key. The chances of successfully pickpocketing an officer will increase if the player remains undetected and if they have a high Theft Skill.
If gamers are detected, they will be wanted by authorities, which makes it significantly harder to reach the prison cell without being captured.
Once fans have obtained the key, they must go up to the cell and select the Unlock option. Unfortunately, there is no reward for setting the prisoner free. On the other hand, there is also no punishment whatsoever. Oddly enough, once the citizen has been freed, they will walk past all the guards in the building and go on with their day.
The UC Security Well Key also grants access to the safes outside the door opposite the jail cell.
