WhileSackboy: A Big Adventuremight have not made as many waves as theLittleBigPlanetseries, it is still a well-received game that continues to see new content dropped for it.The first murmurings ofSackboy: A Big Adventurecoming to PC came about last year, when SteamDB leaked that the game was on its way to a new platform. Since then, the rumors aroundSackboy: A Big Adventurejumping ship to PChave only grown, and with Sony’s recent drive towards getting more of its former PlayStation exclusives over on PC, the move for the platformer seemed more of a question of when rather than if.RELATED:Sackboy: A Big Adventure Adding Horizon Forbidden West CostumesNow, due to a trailer released early on PlayStation’s Latin American YouTube channel, it has been revealed thatSackboy: A Big Adventureis on its way to PCon October 27. The trailer, which has since been set to private, only ran for about 30 seconds, but it confirmed that the game will run at 4K 120fps and will be compatible with ultrawide monitors and Nvidia DLSS. The video description included links to the game’s Steam and Epic Games Store pages, neither of which were live. With the trailer forSackboy: A Big Adventuretemporarily appearing on an official PlayStation YouTube channel, it seems only a matter of time before the game is confirmed and pre-orders become available.
Even thoughSackboy: A Big Adventurereleased in late 2020 as part of the PS5’s launch, it has received consistent updates and some free DLC recently. Back in July,Sackboy: A Big Adventurereleased two new DLC costumesbased on dinosaurs. Previously, the game has let players dress up Sackboy as characters from other popular Sony IPs likeThe Last of Us, Ghost of Tsushima, andHorizon Zero Dawn.
Sackboy: A Big Adventureisn’t the only PlayStation exclusive making its way over to PC. Recently, it was revealed that to accompanyMarvel’s Spider-Manon PC, the spin-off titleSpider-Man: Miles Moraleswill also be moving over to the platform.Sackboy: A Big Adventureisn’t even the only PlayStation exclusive releasing on PC in October, asUncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collectionis also coming to Steamon October 19.
Sackboy: A Big Adventureis available now for PS4 and PS5 and will release on PC on June 05, 2025.
