Preyis one of Arkane Studios' underrated masterpieces. The game features Morgan Yu, a scientist stuck on the space station of Talo-I, where things have gone bad following Typhon creatures breaking containment. Morgan’s, and the player’s job, is to get through the station and figure out what to do and what is happening.

As is typical for Arkane Studios,Preyhasa ton of details and small mysteriesingrained into it. Curious players who enjoy exploring the station and doing side quests will thrive in its dynamic environment the most. One ofPrey’sbest-kept secrets is actually the infamous I.T. Supply Closet found in the Talos-I lobby, which is seemingly inaccessible at first. Here’s how players can get inside the I.T. Supply Closet in a legitimate way without cheating.

How To Get Inside The I.T. Supply Closet

The I.T. Supply Closet is a small room located inside the I.T. Security room. When entering the Talos-I lobby from the Neuromod Division side stairs, the I.T. Security door is located up the staircase on the left side of the lobby. Players will need to either hack the door withHacking level 1 skill, or they can use the door code, which is 0913.

Inside, players will find a locked door at the back that requires a keycard and cannot be hacked. It’s possible to glitch into this room, but if players would rather not wastetheir GLOO Cannonammo, they can just follow the legitimate way of getting here, as shown above by YouTuber TurboAchiever.

Prey Steve Folsons Body

Somewhere towards mid to endgame, a character called Dahl will arrive to Talos-I. Before his arrival,Morgan needs to have killed several people (36 according to TurboAchiever) onboard the station. This will trigger a new quest upon his arrival calledShowing Initiative.

How To Complete Showing Initiative

To complete this quest,Dahl will ask Morgan to kill four additional Talos-I crew members. They can befound in Life Support, where the escape pods are located. Kill all four survivors (which shouldn’t be too difficult for Morgan at this stage of the game, with the variety of weapons available), and among them will bea man named Steve Folson. On his corpse, Morgan will be able to find a keycard fitting the I.T. Supply Closet’s keypad.

Inside, players can find a ton of resources for the recycler, GLOO Cannon ammo, Disruptor ammo, a Weapon Upgrade kit, and Spare Parts. It might not be the nicest way of dealing with Prey’s rather emotional story, but players who are hungry for loot and want to try and achievean alternate ending for the gameshould side with Dahl for a change of pace.

Preyis available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
