When is the Mewtwo Raid in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet?
With the Psychic type as its Tera type, Mewtwo the Unrivaled will see the potency of its special attacks amplified. Like other seven-star Tera raid bosses before it inPokemon Scarlet and Violet, Mewtwo is also likely to use its Hidden Ability called Unnerve, which will render Berries useless. However, this also means thatMewtwo will retain its usual slate of weaknesses, especially to powerful Ghost-type and Dark-type Pokemon.Pokemon Scarlet and Violetplayers that redeem the Mystery Gift codeGETY0URMEWcan claim a special Mew with a random Tera type and a perk that will grant it a special boost specifically in the battle against Mewtwo the Unrivaled.
Between Mew and various Dark-typePokemon,Pokemon Scarlet and Violettrainers should have plenty of options for defeating Mewtwo the Unrivaled. Whilethe PokemonPresents broadcasthas come and gone, players will soon have The Teal Mask DLC to look forward to on September 13.
Pokemon Scarlet and Violetare available now for Nintendo Switch.
