A series of screenshots reveals that they ended up catching an absolutely absurd sixShiny Meltanfrom a single Mystery Box. Fellow players responding to the post were stunned at Streamer9447844’s results, with many lamenting that they have yet to encounter a single Shiny Meltan. Others revealed that they were able to get at least one Shiny, but still couldn’t believe the luck that the OP had while opening their Mystery Box.
Getting Shiny Meltan From a Pokemon GO Mystery Box
Players who are curious about getting their own Shiny Meltan should know that it’s not ordinarily possible under day-to-day gameplay. At the time of Streamer9447844’s reveal, aPokemon GOevent was going on forPokemon GO’s 8th anniversary. During this event and other limited events, the Mystery Box gets a sort of upgrade and can potentially lead to Shiny Meltan spawning.
