GTA Onlinehas lots of different vehicles that players can buy, steal, and earn. Some are fast and have weapons attached, while others don’t really have a lot going for them. While useless vehicles can still offer some level of player amusement, they are still pretty pointless in the grand scheme of things.
The following vehicles aren’t likely to help anyone complete a mission or get away from the cops, but for those who want to waste some money, they might offer a little bit of entertainment. Out of all the vehicles in the game, there are a handful that stand out for their all-around pointlessness.

With that in mind, there is an additional vehicle that deserves to be on this list, so an update was needed to showcase this expensive purchase. 9Rental Shuttle Bus
A Fun But Pointless Vehicle
The Rental Shuttle Bus is the cheapest vehicle here at just $30,000. While it is a fun and unique vehicle, it doesn’t serve much purpose in the game.
It’s a Pegasus vehicle, so players will need to call it in every time they want to use it. It can be a fun vehicle to carry friends around in, so it isn’t completely useless. The fact that it’s so cheap is also a big plus. Overall, while it isn’t particularly useful,it doesn’t hurt the bank balancetoo badly.So it can be a good option for those looking to have some fun with friends.
8MTL Dune
Only A Two-Seater
The Dune is a costlyoff-road Pegasus vehiclewith very few uses. It is built in a similar way to the Brickade, but it doesn’t have the same level of stability. With it being such a large vehicle, players assumed that it would have more than just two seats, but it doesn’t.
The back of the vehicle isn’t accessible and serves no purpose. It’s a slow vehicle that doesn’t have a lot going for it. That said,it can be fun to go around ramming into other carswith a friend and causing mayhem.
7Buses
It’s Easier To Steal A Bus
Buses are Pegasus vehicles. This means that they can’t be stored in player garages. They also can’t be modified. There are a couple of variants that players can purchase. They start at $500,000. While they aren’t the most expensive vehicles in the game, buses offer very few uses for players.
It is much easier to steala bus than it is to buy it, call Pegasus, and head to its drop-off point.It can be fun to drive around in a bus,especially if the player has friends on the same server. But it isn’t that useful.
6Blimp
A Slow-Moving Target
The Blimp was introduced as part of the After Hours update in 2018. There are a few different styles that the player can purchase. But, ultimately, it is just a standard Blimp.The Blimp can be fun to fly,but it doesn’t really have any uses. It is used for one of thenightclub popularity missions, but the player doesn’t need to own a Blimp to do this mission.
It has an initial price of $1,190,350, which makes it a costly aerial vehicle with very few benefits.It does come equipped with unlimited flares, which is a big plus since it is a slow-moving target.
5Dump Truck
Zero Practical Uses
The Dump Truck is a bit of a meme vehicle. While it is one of the largest land vehicles that players can buy, it has a max speed of just 31 mph (49.9 kph).
With a price tag of $1,000,000,this vehicle doesn’t do much.It is a Pegasus vehicle, so it can’t be modified, and it doesn’t fit on any of the city roads. That’s not to say the vehicle is all bad. It can be fun watching players look in awe while passing them in a massive Dump Truck.
4Buckingham Swift Deluxe
Bold And Gold
The Buckingham Swift Deluxe is a gold version of the Swift. While it isone of the fastest helicopters in the game,the standard version works just as well as the gold version.The only real differences are the color and the price.
The Buckingham Swift Deluxe costs a whopping $5,150,000, making it one of the most expensive non-weaponized vehicles in the game. This helicopter is used as a way for players to show how wealthy they are. But, it serves little practical purpose in the game.
3Vapid Slamtruck
A Disappointing Vehicle
When this vehicle was announced back in late 2020, players were excited. It looked like a vehicle that would allow them to haul cars andperform stuntsthanks to its ramp-like shape.
But when it was released, it was slow, clunky, expensive, and pretty useless.Like a lot of vehicles mentioned already, players who buy it tend to only do so to flex to other players,showing off how much money they have. The most useful thing about this vehicle is that it’s used to showcase the prize vehicle at the Car Meet.
2Buckingham Luxor Deluxe
For The Players That Have It All
Similar to the Swift Deluxe, the Buckingham Luxor Deluxe is just a gold version of a generic vehicle. Without any discounts, this plane comes with ahefty $10,000,000 price tag. Other than it being gold, it doesn’t have any differences when compared to the generic version.The only reason why players buy this plane is to show off.
This plane is the dictionary definition of the phrase “because I can.“Other than flying around and showing off to other players, there’s no benefit to owning this plane. Just be warned that players who see this plane tend to try and blow it up as a way to silence the wealthy! So, always bring a parachute when flying, just in case.
A Huge Flex
Price: $6,000,000 - $10,000,000
When it comes to showing off inGTA Online,there’s one purchase a player can make that really shows others how much wealth they have to throw around. That purchase is the Super Yacht. It’s big, it’s flashy, and, well, it doesn’t do much else. It does unlock a few missions, andplayers can do Privacy Prevention to earn a few dollars,but that’s about it. That said, in a game that is all about showing off, affluent players love to sink the full $10,000,000 into the yacht just to show other players that they can afford it.
Before buying a yacht, it’s important to note that there aredaily fees attachedto it. So, once it’s been purchased, it will continuously cost the player money. But putting that aside, for those who have purchased all the businesses, and own all the super cars, they might as well purchase a Super Yacht with all the trimmings.
