The Paranormal Liberation Front is one of the most dangerous organizations in the world ofMy Hero Academia. Formed by the coalition of the League of Villains together with the Meta Liberation Army, the Paranormal Liberation Front consists of some of the most overpowered individuals seen in the anime to date.

With enough power to push even the Hero Association back in the Paranormal Liberation War arc, it is quite easy to see that they’re the biggest known threat in the entire story. Of course, some people involved with this group are more powerful than others. These characters are the strongest among one of the most dangerous organizations inMy Hero Academia.
10Trumpet
Trumpet is one of the weaker members of the Paranormal Liberation Front. He is a former member of the Meta Liberation Army and, once again, was among its weakest members. His Quirk, called Incite, allows him to strengthen the physical aspects of those who consider him worthy and listen to his voice.
While Trumpet wasn’t all that strong himself, he was certainly a very useful member of both the Meta Liberation Army and the Paranormal Liberation Front. Unfortunately for him, he was arrested and is currently in Tartarus.
9Skeptic
Yet another weaker member of the Paranormal Liberation Front, Skeptic once belonged to the Meta Liberation Army as well. Just like Trumpet, he isn’t all that powerful himself and instead offers more of a specialized role in the organization.
Skeptic has a Meta ability called Anthromorph, which allows him to transform any human-sized object into a lifelike lookalike of anyone. Using his laptop, he can control them freely within a certain range. Evidently, his ability is very useful; however, he isn’t all that powerful himself.
8Spinner
Spinner is aformer member of the League of Villainsand after the formation of the Meta Liberation Army, he became one of its lieutenants. Spinner has a Quirk called Gecko, which is hardly impressive. It gives him the appearance of a Gecko and allows him to stick to walls.
Despite this lackluster quirk, he is fairly decent in combat, as seen throughout theMy Hero Academiaseries. In the future, Spinner’s abilities are likely going to improve, perhaps making him a greater threat.
7Himiko Toga
Toga is quite a powerful member of the Meta Liberation Army and, just like Spinner, is one of its lieutenants. She possesses quite a powerful Quirk, called Transform, which allows her to take the appearance of anyone whose blood she ingests. Remarkably, she is able to copy every single aspect of their being, from appearance down to their voice.

At the same time, after the war against the Meta Liberation Army, Toga also gained the ability to use the Quirks of the people whose blood she had ingested, making her quite powerful. She’s certainly one to watch out for.
6Twice
One of the stronger members of the Meta Liberation Army, Twice was an incredibly loyal subordinate of Shigaraki Tomura. Using his Double Quirk, he could clone himself and anyone else as often as he wanted. His cloning ability also extended to non-living things.
Twice’s ability underwent incredible growth in the war against the Meta Liberation Army. It is believed that at maximum power, he could’ve taken down an entire nation by himself. Twice ended up dying inthe Paranormal Liberation War arc.
5Geten
Geten was one of the strongest members of the Meta Liberation Army at one point, and after Re-Destro’s fall, he became a lieutenant of the Paranormal Liberation Army. Unlike the other members of the Meta Liberation Army, Geten was quite strong, and could even fight the likes of Dabi in a battle to a stalemate.
Geten’s meta ability, called Ice Manipulation, allows him to manipulate ice that is present around him freely. What’s more, Geten also underwent an awakening at one point. This allows him to turn water into ice so he can manipulate it.
4Dabi
Dabi remains one of the strongest members of the Paranormal Liberation Front, and is easily among the strongest lieutenants of the organization. As Endeavor’s son, Dabi has incredible fire-related powers. HisQuirk, unofficially known as Cremation, allows him to manipulate high-temperature flames which can burn even hotter than that of Endeavor or Shoto’s flames.

However, a downside of his ability is that he can’t regulate the temperature like Shoto. Nonetheless, Dabi is an incredibly powerful fighter and one of the most impressive members of the Paranormal Liberation Front.
3Re-Destro
Re-Destro was once the leader of the Meta Liberation Army and the man who was considered to be the one to revolutionize the usage of Quirks once again. He possesses an incrediblyuseful Meta ability, called Stress. It allows him to transform every bit of stress that he has in his body into his power.
The more stress he uses, the stronger he gets. At 100% stress levels, he became strong enough to destroy large portions of Deika City, which just goes to show how scary he is in combat. After the fight against Shigaraki, he lost his legs, which weakened him quite a bit — yet, he remains one of the stronger members of the Paranormal Liberation Front.
2Gigantomachia
Gigantomachia is among the strongest characters in the world ofMy Hero Academia. As the former bodyguard of All For One, he is undoubtedly a very capable fighter. He has access to several Quirks that make him almost impossible to take on in combat.
Before the Paranormal Liberation Front was formed, he took on the entire League of Villains alone, and managed to overwhelm every single one of them with rather ease.
1Shigaraki Tomura
Shigaraki Tomura is the leader of the Paranormal Liberation Front, and the strongest character inMy Hero Academiaright now. With the Decay Quirk, Shigaraki is a massive threat to anyone as just a mere touch from him is enough to defeat them.
After his surgery under Dr. Kyudai Garaki, he has become stronger than ever before. Not only has he received the power of All For One, buthis body had become several times strongerthan before. Without a doubt, Shigaraki Tomura is the strongest member of the Paranormal Liberation Front, and a truly terrifying force.
