Phoenix Force works very well in decks that utilize movement cards and destruction cards. This almost forces players that want to create a deck with Phoenix Force to only create movement-destruction decks. That said, fans will want to take the best movement cards and the best destruction cards, put them together, and throw in the Phoenix Force to make the best respective deck.
This deck is the Phoenix Move & Destroy deck that players can use to get the best utilization of the Phoenix Force card. In the Phoenix Move & Destroy deck, movement cards like Human Torch and Multiple Man are used to maximize movement Power. Destruction cards like Venom are used to take advantage of Phoenix Force’s ability, as well as maintain other cards' Power in a location before being destroyed.

This Phoenix Move & Destroy deck focuses on moving cards to gain Power, destroying at least one of those cards, and then reviving that card to merge with Phoenix Force. This is because Phoenix Force has the ability to give its merged card the power to move each turn. That’s why it’s best to play Phoenix Force while Human Torch, Multiple Man, Vulture, or another movement card is destroyed.
