Lost Arkwas recently brought to several western territories by Amazon Game Studios, but the game has been out in Korea for significantly longer. This means that the Korean version has significantly more content for gamers to go through. However, Amazon Game Studios has gone on the record stating that the western release ofLost Arkwill catch up with the eastern version quickly.

InLost Ark, players explore seven vast continents, discover new cultures and strange beasts, and refine their skills through ARPG-style combat. The game also features ahost of endgame content, much like other big MMORPGs. The longer a given version of the game has been going, the more extra content it offers dedicated players.

Apparently, Amazon Game Studios is already working with Smilegate RPG on post-launch content to ensure that the western version of the game catches up. Amazon Game Studios franchise leader Soomin Park has stated that while the two versions ofLost Arkwill always have some differences, gamers should quickly start to see similarities in the content being released for both. At least one major streamer has already praised the wayLost Arkhandles its endgameover other titles. This could suggest that the developers already have a plan.

Gamers may be pleased to hear that Amazon Game Studios intends to make player feedback a key part of how it works on the game going forward. However, while fellow Amazon gameNew Worldhas a public test realm, it appears that a PTR is not inLost Ark’s future at the moment. Western players also lack access to some of the classes that players of the Korean version are already familiar with, including the Reaper and Artist specializations of the Assassin and Specialist classes. It appears that these additional classes and other new features will likely appear on a roadmap in the future. However,Lost Arkdoes not seem to have a roadmap right now.

InLost Ark’s March update, gamers will be greeted with a new story episode and a big endgame activity known as Abyss Raids. Given the pace that Park suggests the developers are aiming for, it’s possible that the game’s roadmap will make an appearance afterward. Once the roadmap is available, gamers can make a solid estimate of how much time it will take the western version ofLost Arkto catch up with the eastern version. Either way, players can expect more content coming soon.
