Mike Shinoda is perhaps best known for his work as a member of the hugely successful band Linkin Park, but he has also had critically praised solo material. The artist has been regularly uploading to Twitch in recent weeks, revealing an interesting addition to a “Euro-pop” song he has been experimenting with. Shinoda used the noises made by Animal Crossing’s own KK Slider to make the track more dynamic and it sounds surprisingly good. The song would be one of KK Slider’s most layered tracks but nonetheless some players will like to think of the guitar-playing dog performing this song. In fact, a lot of players ofAnimal Crossing: New Horizonshave been impressed by KK Slider’s new “bars.”
Many players have responded positively to Mike Shinoda’s presence on Twitch and the comments have requested more videos from the musician. WhileShinoda did admit that he was a Twitch noobwhen he began streaming on the platform a couple of months ago, it seems that he is quickly picking up fans of his content. It certainly appears that the artist has plenty of ideas for creating quality content and by tapping into a community that constantly creates, Shinoda may well broaden his streaming fan base.
It will be interesting to see if Shinoda makes more content with characters from video games and many will hope that he will. At the moment players may have to settle with just one crossover song from Shinoda although it is definitely one ofKK Slider’s most inventive songs.
