Summary
With the break week over,Jujutsu Kaisenchapter 254 is finally in sight and fans are incredibly excited to see the story continue this week. Over the course of the last few weeks, the Shinjuku Showdown battle has seen some incredible developments, and fans can rest assured thatJJKchapter 254 is going to raise the heat even more, as some of the most exciting battles are about to take place.
Over the course of the last 2 weeks, fans got to witnessthe fight between Maki and Sukuna, and now, with Maki out of the picture, the focus is going to be turned to one individual in particular, and that is, Kusakabe.
Kusakabe Fights Sukuna
Clearly, the focus ofJJKchapter 254 is most likely going to be the battle between Kusakabe and Sukuna. This was implied towards the end of the last chapter, after Maki was hit by a powerful Black Flash by Sukuna, and was sent flying. At that point, Kusakabe was the only one nearby, and he appeared to be the last man standing at that particular time. He revealed that he was going to fight against Sukuna, with the King of Curses at the peak of his performance at this point in time. In the upcoming JJK chapter 254, fans will most definitely see Kusakabe jump into battle.
As was revealed in the previous chapter, he might just be the strongest Grade One Sorcerer, and that in itself means that there is some hope. Of course, no fan should expect Kusakabe to defeat Sukuna. However, it is likely that he will get his big moment against the King of Curses before eventually falling. He is a very good user of barrier techniques and, his simple domain is certainly powerful. As such, fans should expect to see something along the same lines from him, which makes the clash against Sukuna an interesting battle for sure. As to how Kusakabe can injure him, or if he can even manage to do that, fans will simply have to sit back and see.
Jujutsu Kaisenchapter 254 is alsomost likely going to see Kusakabe being beaten by Sukuna. It must be remembered that Sukuna recently hit a Black Flash against Maki, and more often than not, it means that the individual who hit the black flash is now in the zone. Sukuna being in the zone means that it will be easier for him to perform better and that in itself is an indication of the fact that Kusakabe will not last long in this fight. As such, fans should fully expect him to fall towards the end of the chapter, likely after getting a big moment against the King of Curses.
If Kusakabe does manage to weaken Sukuna, then that will be a victory in itself for him, especially because the King of Curses is just way too powerful when compared to him. On the off chance that he does not fall in this chapter, then fans will likely see him continue fighting in a group effort against Sukuna. However, it must be kept in mind that in the long run, Kusakabe doesn’t serve the narrative in any way. He is there for exposition, most of the time. An example of this was during the Shinjuku Showdown clash between Gojo and Sukuna. Kusakabe provided a proper explanation and that is how Gege has usually utilizes him. It appears that his role now has shifted to combat purposes, and this in itself means that the author can very well get rid of him entirely. The chances for him to die are very high, especially since he does not have access to advanced techniques that other sorcerers do.
Maki’s Fate
JJKchapter 254 is most likely going to reveal the fate of Maki to the fans. Maki fought incredibly well against Sukuna, however, in the end, she was not able to defeat the King of Curses. This was because Sukuna was starting to get excited, and the more he got excited, the more his cursed energy spiked. With that came the opportunity for him to hit a Black Flash, and he certainly delivered a powerful blow. Maki was sent crashing in the previous chapter, and it will be interesting for the fans to see if she is actually able to recover from this or not. It must be noted that Maki does not possess cursed energy.
As such, she cannot utilize reverse cursed technique either. And, if she cannot do that, then it will be incredibly difficult for her to recover from the damagethat she took from Sukuna.Still, fans have previously seen Maki recover from severe damage, although after a bit of a break. It is likely that the situation here is going to be similar.
If JJK chapter 254 follows a similar path, then Maki will most likely be out of battle until Kusakabe holds down Sukuna. Still, it will be a good thing for the story, as it would imply that Maki will rejoin the fight at some point later down the line, and that her job against the King of Curses is not done yet. Fans are incredibly excited to see more of Maki, and if all she had to offer was what she delivered over the course of the last two chapters, then it was certainly not satisfying enough for the fans.
Yuji And Maki Rejoin The Battle
Yuji Itadori will most likely be involved inJJKchapter 254, and fans have been waiting for his involvement ever since the fight with Yuta against Sukuna ended. Yuji took quite a lot of damage, and he was certainly having a hard time healing. That is where Choso came in and helped him spread his blood to every single part of his body, and at the same time, heal efficiently. Yuji was seen healing properly in the previous chapter, and in this chapter, he will most likely finish the process.
As Kusakabe fights for his life, Yuji is most likely going to make his way towards him. Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 254 will most likely see Yuji come in towards the end, and when that happens, Kusakabe will either die, or most likely be kicked out of battle. From there onwards, it will be up toYuji to fight against the King of Curses, and that is what every fan is incredibly excited about at this point in the story.
At the same time, if fans are lucky enough, they might actually end up seeing Maki return to battle as well. Maki requires time to heal, and if she is able to do that fast enough, then she can join Yujiin the assault against Sukuna after Kusakabe falls.This is especially important because both Maki and Yuji possess the ability to damage Sukuna’s soul. Soul damage is the key here to saving Megumi, and they absolutely cannot miss out on this incredible team up against the King of Curses.
