Boothill’s Technique effect will make him attack the enemy with the lowest HP and gain one stack of Reforged. These stacks can increase the character’s Toughness damage.Boothill’s Skill applies a Duel Mark on a single target, which allows him to perform an enhanced Basic Attack. One of the skill’s passive effects makes him take reduced damage from enemies that are not affected by the mark.
