Considering that the game relies on a random system to generate gear, the player cannot obtain guaranteed great gear drops, but can instead rely on their gear to look like the best witch or wizard that they dream of inHogwarts Legacy.

There’s an impressive amount of gear inHogwarts Legacy, with almost countless amounts of different gloves that the player can use. These gloves may offer no tactical advantage, but they certainly make the player look the part of a respected witch or wizard inHogwarts Legacy.
8Elf-Made Ivory Gloves
“A superb pair of elf-made ivory gloves.” These pretty white gloves are imbued with gold stitching which gives them an almost mystical appearance. However, their appearance isn’t necessarily their most interesting feature, but the fact that they were made by elves, a curiousintrigue into the storybehind their creation.
Elves are a mystery inHogwarts Legacyand the franchise in general. Most audiences are only familiar with House Elves, so it begs the question of which elf decided to make this stunning pair of gloves, and why they would do such a thing.

7Dark Arts Gloves
“A pair of black rivet gloves.” The Dark Arts Gloves is locked behind the payment of aHogwarts LegacyDeluxe Edition, or the Dark Arts set as an additional purchase. The Dark Arts Gloves is not the only piece of clothing the player will get, but it certainly adds a bolstered look to the completed set.

With the Dark Arts Gloves, the player is one step closer to feeling like a true dark witch or wizard that does notneed classes, as they blast their opponents with Unforgivable Curses. The Dark Arts Gloves are perfect for those that prefer being somewhat sinister.
6Lucky Leprechaun Gloves
“A pair of gloves for the lucky reveler, earned by completing side quests.” To obtain the Lucky Leprechaun Gloves, players will need to play the side quests available inHogwarts Legacy. However, this is not an issue, as side quests grant more rewards than just a pair of gloves.Exciting stories await, as do more spells.
The Lucky Leprechaun Gloves are like the duellist gloves but feature a nice brown leather. The metallic clasps on the knuckles are also well-designed and feature what seems to be a symbol reminiscent of a skull. There’s also a set of wands on the hand, showing the interesting detail of these gloves, and the commitment of the player to complete side quests inHogwarts Legacy.

5Black Leather Gloves
“A standard pair of black leather gloves.” It seems that no game with customization is complete without a pair of black leather gloves.Hogwarts Legacyfeatures the classic, and it can work very well in the game with other articles of clothing. The Black Leather Gloves aren’t just great for driving or keeping warm hands.
The Black Leather Gloves can give the player a decent look at a character whohas an edge, or just someone who takes flying on a broom seriously. It’s a great addition to the game’s wide variety of gloves, of which there are plenty.

4Roughhouser Gloves
“A well-appointed pair of olive gloves, ideal for roughhousing.” These beige fingerless gloves may not be the best wear for the cold but are as unique as theprofessors of Hogwarts.

Considering that these gloves are called the Roughhouser Gloves, it’s a shame that players cannot ditch their wand in favor of their fists to commit to roughhousing. Although, if that were the case, magic would still best a punch.
3Burgundy Quidditch Gloves
“A well-appointed pair of Quidditch gloves in black and brown.” There are plenty of Quidditch gloves that the player can obtain throughoutHogwarts Legacy. The Burgundy Quidditch Gloves have no advantage over the others, but its design is more in-line with what audiences are used to from Quidditch itself.
The sad fact of the matter is that despite having Quidditch gloves, players will not be able to use them duringa game of Quidditch. As of the release ofHogwarts Legacy, there is no Quidditch, as Headmaster Black has banned it, which makes sense as to why the fifth-year student can find an abundance of unused Quidditch gloves.

2Hogwarts Regalia Gloves
“A pair of gloves for the stalwart explorer of Hogwarts, earned by discovering Field Guide Pages in Hogwarts.” These sophisticated gloves feature a beautiful crimson design, with a subtle golden pattern weaved into the fabric. These gloves are not just for fashion, but a display of pride, an achievement to obtain.
To get the Hogwarts Regalia Gloves, players need to have collected a certain amount of pages in the Field Guide Pages in Hogwarts. The school of witchcraft and wizardry has plenty of secrets and many hidden Field Guide Pages inHogwarts Legacy. It’s a fun collectible to strive towards.

1Sleek Duelling Gloves
“A superb pair of dueling gloves that will add a dash of panache to any duel.” Dueling is an art form inHogwarts Legacy. If one is to face an opponent in a respectful duel, then if they were to put on some gloves, the player would know they mean businessin Hogsmeade, or wherever they choose.
These Sleek Duelling Gloves are a great addition to the game, and the leather gloves seem rather comfortable, with metallic knuckle grips, as well as crossing wands to show the serious dedication to wand dueling.

Hogwarts Legacyis available now on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. PS4 and Xbox One ports are scheduled to release on April 4. The Nintendo Switch version is arriving on July 06, 2025.
