A credibleGenshin Impactleaker named Genshin Intel has revealed more information about one of the upcoming events that should arrive with update 3.0. According to the leaker the new event will be called Tablet Analytics, and it will apparently have four different stages and three rounds per stage. Each round will come with infinite waves ofGenshin Impactenemies, but players will be allowed to change their team composition between waves. Players will also have up to four different trial characters on their disposal, and the lineup will be relevant to that specific round.

Players can also manually trigger different buffs for the upcoming round which will impact their team composition. The event will give various rewards which will include precious Primogems as well as Sumeru talent ascension materials. While players seem to be satisfied with the new event, a lot of them claim that this should be a permanent event. Multiple replies in the comment section claim thatone ofGenshin Impact’s biggest problemssince release is the lack of permanent features.

At the moment, the only noteworthy permanent end-game event is probably the Spiral Abyss which resets every two weeks. However, once the Spiral Abyss floors are finished, there aren’t as many activities for players to do other than farming for ascension materials. There is a chance thatGenshin Impactdecides to implement more permanent events with the upcoming Sumeru region. According to numerous leaks, developer HoYoverse have already made some changes to the game’s banner system, at least for the upcomingGenshin ImpactVersion 3.0.

Multiple rumors claim that the first Sumeru update will have three separate banner cycles. The first banner will apparently feature the new five-star bow user named Tighnari and joined by another Dendro character named Collei who will apparently introduce the Traveler to the new region. Credible leakers have also been hinting that the newGenshin Impactupdate will probably be one week shorter, and it’s expected to end at the end of September.

Genshin Impactis available now on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
