How to Hack an IO Server in Command Cavern in Fortnite
As mentioned before, there are several possible IO server locations for players to hack, although the vast majority seem to be going towards one spot in particular. However, before rushing into the enemy-laden POI, players will need to first establish a device uplink at either Seven Outpost 2 or Seven Outpost 5. WhileSeven Outpost 2 is where several recent Omni Chipscan be found, 5 is a bit closer, and can essentially take players directly to Command Cavern via Rift.
The best approach to hack an IO server in Command Cavernis to glide in through the large opening in the north face of the mountain. Head to the lowest level of the main structure inside while attempting to avoid the attention of any enemy AI.

Along the left wall of the building, next to the half-shut metal entrance, is the IO server. Interact with the server for a few seconds, and the Resistance quest is complete.
Once players have finished the quest, it’s advisable to head south, as there are a quite a few new things to do thanks toFortnite’s big v20.30 update. The biggest new addition from the update is a new battle between the IO and The Seven’s Resistance forces, this time at fan-favorite POI Tilted Towers.
Players must again defeat three waves of IO Guards at different points to reclaim the location. Tilted Towers is one of the few remaining locations with an IO blimp, with Command Cavern the only other one remaining.
Also nearby is one ofthe recently established Stormtrooper checkpoints. Part of the update’s returningStar Warscontent in honor ofStar Warsday, players can visit the Imperial soldiers to complete severalStar Wars-related quests, as well as purchase an E-11 Blaster Rifle.
Players can also get their hands on Lightsabers again for a limited time, which may come in handy when fending off other players in the race to hack an IO server.
Fortniteis free-to-play on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
