From now until May 5 at 10:00am CT, Epic Games Store users can claimJust Die AlreadyandParadigm. For those unfamiliar with the game,Just Die Alreadyis an over-the-top gamedescribed as an “old people mayhem sandbox game.” It earned mixed reviews from critics at the time of its original release, but it will likely appeal to fans of games likeGoat Simulator, especially since some ofGoat Simulator’s developers were involved with it.Just Die Alreadyhas also added new PvP options since its initial launch, so maybe it’s in a better state than when critics reviewed it.

Paradigm, meanwhile, is a different story in that it is critically-acclaimed and generally considered a hidden gem.Paradigmis a classic-style point-and-click adventure gamethat’s earned high praise for its story, humor, and creative premise. It’s five years old at this point, but it’s still a steal for any Epic Games Store users who haven’t played it yet considering it’s available completely free of charge.

From May 5 to May 12, Epic Games Store users can claimTerraforming Mars. A video game adaptation of the popular board game,Terraforming Marsis exactly as its name implies. In the game, players take on the role of a corporation whose goal is to terraform Mars and make it hospitable for human life.Board game enthusiastswill likely get a kick out of it, though it’s admittedly niche and may not be nearly as interesting as some of the other Epic Games Store free games that have been given out this past year.
Come May 12, the Epic Games Store will cycleTerraforming Marsout of the lineup and replace it with a different free game. What that free game is remains to be seen, but it’s already been confirmed that theEpic Games Store free games program will continue throughout 2022, so fans should have plenty to look forward to regardless.
