The Carian Filigreed Crest is a talisman sold by War Counselor Iji inElden Ring. Players can find him north of Kingsrealm Ruins on the way to Caria Manor. Normally, the Carian blacksmith exchanges somber smoothing stones with the Tarnished for runes and upgrades their armaments.
However, after progressing Blaidd’s or Ranni’s questline, War Counselor Iji will add the Carian Filigreed Crest to his stock. You will be able to purchase the Carian Filigreed Crest talisman for 5000 runes.
How to Get Carian Filigreed Crest by Progressing Blaidd’s Questline
Like mostElden Ringquestlines, Blaidd’s quest is also quite easy to miss. To start Blaidd’s questline, you will first have to hear him howling at the Mistwood Ruins. Once you have heard him, go talk to Merchant Kale and tell him about the wolf’s howl. He will then tell you about Blaidd and teach you the Finger Snap gesture.
Now, return to the Mistwood Ruins and use the Finger Snap gesture. Blaidd will then jump down from the top of the ruins. On talking with him, he will inform you about his search for a knight named Darriwil. Next, you have to go to the Forlorn Hound Evergaol located south of Agheel Lake South site of grace. Enter the Evergaol and fight alongside Blaidd to defeat theBloodhound Knight Darriwil. Once defeated, talk to Blaidd until he tells you about a blacksmith. Then, you can go to the War Counselor Iji and he will have the Carian Filigreed Crest in his shop.
How to Get Carian Filigreed Crest by Progressing Ranni’s Questline
While Blaidd’s questline is important to Ranni’s questline, the initial part of his quest is not necessary toRanni’s quest. After you have defeated General Radahn, you can meet Ranni in Ranni’s Rise on the western side of Caria Manor. This area is located in Three Sisters becomes accessible after you have defeated the Royal Knight Loretta.
