The first time from the Vernworth’s Palace guards, and the second time she helps uncover the true Sovran identity.
After encountering the proprietress of the Rose Chateau Bordelrie during any of the mentioned quests, she will hand out the Myrmecoleon Card and offer Arisens to come to see her in her Bordelrie whenever they feel inclined. However, if they went again after any of the mentioned tasks, she would clearly state that they must first earn her trust to gain her as an ally.

The Bordelrie
The Bordelrie is composed of three floors which are filled with various Courtesans. The first floor has the Feline Courtesans, the second is filled with the human race, while the third one is where the exclusive Courtesans reside. Using the Bordelrie’s services frequently will entitle any patron the chance to purchase a platinum card and become a prized patron, who can enjoy the company of the exclusive Courtesans.
