Players may still enjoying the lastDLC Descend Beyond, which released in early September and features The Blight and the survivor Felix Richter. Every DLC features a new survivor and Binding of Kin will add Elodie Rakoto, who has the unique abilities to search opened chests, fake entering lockers, and can drop a pallet when being carried by the killer.
The Twins will be one of the most unique killers inDead by Daylightbecause of their ability to split from each other, which then the player can switch control between both Charlotte and Victor. Victor is able to move around the map quickly, scout out any survivors, and pounce onto them, which deals damage and can cause status effects. Victor’s abilities and character design is very reminiscent of The Jockey, one of the special infected zombies in thepopular co-op zombie shooterLeft for Dead 2.
Charlotte operates like many ofthe other killersand has the abilities to sabotage and gain power from generators, and see survivors opening chests. Together, The Twins will have any survivor trying to keep track of two terrifying killers. It does not appear that the Binding of Kin DLC will add a new map, which may disappoint fans because the previous DLC did not feature a map either.
While players wait for The Twins and the Binding of Kin DLC,Dead by Daylightis offering Black Friday deals in the in-game shop. Now until December 3rd, players can get 50% off characters released before the previous DLC and 20% off both Felix Richter and The Blight. Players can also purchase anyoutfit before the previous DLCfor 30% off. It seems like a good time to purchase any locked characters to prepare for the next killer and survivor coming in a few days.
Dead by Daylightis available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
