ThePhantom Libertyexpansion adds a whole new area and set of missions toCyberpunk 2077.Most of the DLC takes place within the confines of Dogtown. This rundown district is in poorer condition than the rest of Night City and is run by the Barghest mercenary group. This part of the city may seem small when viewed on the map but is densely packed with new places to explore. Spend some time on foot to truly explore the district. There are of course a whole slew of secrets and easter eggs to find in the rubble of Dogtown. Players can find a newset of Iconic XMOD2 weapons.All of these weapons are variants of basic weapons that have two mod slots. Here is where players can find the Cut-O-Matic XMOD2 chainsword inCyberpunk 2077.
Travel to Terra Cognita
Terra Cognita is an abandoned museum to the south of Dogtown. V will visit this area many times over the course of multiple gigs. Players can use the nearbyTerra Cognita Fast Travel Datatermif they’ve already visited it. This is an abandoned science theme park with multiple locations inside it.
The Iconic chainsword is hidden at the edge of thiszone up against the wall of Dogtown.The waypoint route may lead players outside of Dogtown to the Badlands road nearby, which is not where to find the weapon. Keep this in mind when hunting for it.
Cut-O-Matic Location
There arethree different exhibits in the Terra Cognita zone.The entrance has signs for each one.Players need to look for the ESC Explore space travel exhibit. This exhibit is to the right side of the compound from the entrance.
It’s hard to miss the large space shuttle arcing over the building. There will be a group of scavs guarding the exhibit so avoid it for now.Head towards the base of the shuttle statue and to the left. Hug the outside of the round building to the left of the space exhibit. Continue down the left side of it to find a grizzly scene.The Cut-O-Matic XMOD2 will be found with the remains of a Barghest guard. A note nearby explains that a citizen has gotten their violent revenge using the chainsword.
