It’s no secret thatCall of Duty: Warzonehas its fair share of glitches and bugs. Sometimes these glitches are amusing distractions, but other times they are game-breaking and ruin the experience for players. Unfortunately, one of the latest bugs discovered inCall of Duty: Warzonefalls in the latter camp, as it makes players' weapons disappear, making it virtually impossible for them to defend themselves against enemies.
This latestCall of Duty: Warzoneglitchseems to happen when players attempt to revive their fallen teammate. If the revive animation is interrupted, sometimesWarzoneplayers will use their hands, and their guns, completely. It’s unclear if there is a way to fix this glitch, but Reddit user rizoni, who posted a clip of it in action, says that attempting to change weapons didn’t work for them.

Since thisCall of Duty: Warzoneglitch essentially makes it impossible for players to win a match, one has to imagine that Infinity Ward will be looking into fixing it sooner rather than later. Infinity Ward releases new updates forWarzoneon a near-weekly basis, and so it’s possible that a fix for this issue will come in next week’s update. That being said,Warzoneupdates are on holdnow in support of the Black Lives Matter movement, so it’s possible that fans of the battle royale will have to wait a little longer than expected for the next update.
This isn’t the only animation glitch that players have discovered inCall of Duty: Warzone.Warzoneplayers have also been running into a glitch that shows their character wrap bandages around their arms. Bandages are a common healing item in battle royale games, butWarzonedoesn’t have bandages, which makes that glitch especially odd. Fans have theorized that bandages were planned inWarzonebut removed before launch, or maybe bandages are set to be added inWarzoneSeason 4.
That remains to be seen, as does theWarzoneSeason 4 release date. Originally,WarzoneSeason 4was supposed to start on June 3, but it was delayed indefinitely in light of the Black Lives Matter protests taking place in the United States and all over the world. No newWarzoneSeason 4 release date has been announced yet, but dataminers have found evidence that it could be planned for June 10.
Call of Duty: Warzoneis out now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
