Some are wholly economic, others offer bonuses to realm management, but the buildings many players are really interested in are the military buildings. Here are the best buildings to construct for a military-focused ruler.

Each military building below lists a few select stats that players may find useful.
1Camelry Advanced Breeders
Niche But Great Bonuses
The Camelry building chain is only available to a selectfew cultures, but these niche buildings offer some very nice bonuses - and not all of them are military.
The final level of the Camelry, the Advanced Breeders, offers players a +0.6 to Monthly Tax, and +20% Hostile Raid Time, along with a wide range of bonuses to cavalry Damage, Pursuit, Toughness, and Screen. Although niche, camelry buildings are worth it for their bonuses to both horse and camel cavalry as well as their economic bonuses.

2Stables Stud Farm
Excellent Boosts For Horsemen
The Stables building chain is a great choice for cavalry-focused cultures as it includes some really good bonuses to cavalry, such as a +8% increase to Army Movement Speed.
But as well as the more utility-focused bonuses it offers fantastic boosts to Toughness, as well as great boosts to Pursuit and Damage too. And it reduces the costs of holding a Grand Tournament, which is pretty nice, especially if players enjoy hosting those sorts of events.

3Warrior Lodge Visitors Quarters
Fantastic Military Building
The Visitors Quarters upgrade to the Warrior Lodge offers a slew of great bonuses to Heavy Infantry, Spearmen, and Skirmisher Toughness and Damage.
But it doesn’t stop there as it also grants a +625 to Levies, and -8 Danger. A great choice to build and upgrade for those who can afford it, as it’s only able to be constructed in certain mountainous or hilly parts of the map.

4Permanent Barracks
Bigger Barracks, Better Bonuses
The Permanent Barracks upgrade for the Barracks building is a fantastic choice of military building, offering massive +160% boosts to Heavy Infantry and Spearmen damage. But it also offers a great +4% bonus to Levy Size, along with a +30% boost to Levy Reinforcement Rate. The Permanent Barracks is wellworth paying for.
5Cast Iron Blacksmith
Mixed Economic & Offensive Building
The Cast Iron upgrade to the basic blacksmith building is a fantastic choice of building for players who want a little something extra from their military buildings.
6Levying Squares
Best Militia Camps Upgrade
Levying Squares offer major bonuses over the base form of the building, including a whopping +625 to Levies, +25% Control Growth, and -6.4% toMan At ArmsMaintenance. All this is on top of the bonuses to Archer and Skirmisher Damage and Toughness. This is a great building well worth upgrading to the maximum level.
7Fortified Outposts
The Best Defense is A Really Fort
Fortified Outposts is the final level of the Outpost building chain, and it offers some fantastic bonuses for players who invest the effort into building. +0.1 Monthly Control, +15% Monthly Control Growth, +5% Garrison size, and a massive +16 to Defender Advantage.
Fortified Outposts don’t offer much in terms of increased damage to Man At Arms regiments, nor does it offer boosts to income, but its realm management boosts and the massive bonus to Defender Advantage make it well worth the gold.

8Expanded Grounds
Major Upgrade to Regimental Grounds
An upgrade to the Regimental Grounds building, the Expanded Grounds offer huge bonuses to players willing to shell out the gold for them. A +1000 bonus to Supply Limit, +2% to Levy size, along with -7.2% Man At Arms Maintenance.
The Expanded Grounds is a strong offensive building offering many great boosts that apply generally rather than to specific troop types.

9Powderhouses
Excellent Bonuses For Bowmen
This military building is an excellent choice for players wishing to power up their bowmen and provide nice boosts to various types of Man-At-Arms damage. This building is a great all-rounder, with a boost to tax income, archer maintenance, and even a boost to stationed Man-At-Arms damage for archers and skirmishers.
10Wind Furnaces Iron Ore Processing
Indian Exclusive, But Very Good Bonuses
Wind Furnaces are a powerful blacksmith variant available tocultures from DeccanIndia. These buildings can be constructed only in certain provinces or if the ruler shares a realm with the owner of Vemulavada, but offers powerful bonuses.
The final upgrade to the Wind Furnaces, Iron Ore Processing, grants increased monthly tax income as well as a strong bonus to stationed Men At Arms damage and toughness, making them an easy pick for any ruler who can build them.
