PerDeadline, the highly-anticipated project has found its writer in Loveness, whose attachment to the project makes sense due to the screenwriter’s knowledge of the film’s emblematic supervillain, Kang the Conquer. Not much beyond the title was clear when announced, but the picture forAvengers: The Kang Dynastyis slowly starting to materialize.
The news of the addition of Loveness follows earlier reporting of the hiring ofDestin Daniel Cretton to directthe upcoming project. Cretton previously directed the Marvel Studios filmShang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, which is currently available to stream on Disney Plus. The gears of development are slowly beginning to move as pieces find their place on the proverbial board. However, it is still unclear what notable heroes will face off against the galactic supervillain.
